Minimum requirements
- Matric
- Plus Relevant Four-Year Bachelors Degree /Honors/Postgraduate (NQF 8) (maths, stats, information systems or other relevant majors).
- Driver’s License
- At least 4 years’ experience in the handling of Management Information, Institutional Planning and Institutional Research, in a busy and pressurised environment in a large organisation.
Proven experience in business analysis and demonstrable knowledge of SQL and databases as well as: Customer relationship skills; Experience in providing and analysing management information; Communication skills (verbal and written); Being Analytical and Logical; knowledge of Analytical and Statistical Software; knowledge of Business analysis/processes.
Ability to work accurately under pressure; Ability to interact professionally with clients within and outside UKZN; Very high levels of personal integrity and confidentiality; Client focus; Self confidence; Reliable; Proactive; Ability to work unsupervised; Ability to work in a team environment; Attention to detail; Analytical and logical skills; Think innovatively.
