The incumbent will be expected to learn and develop a good understanding of human resources value chain from entry to exit. S/he will develop Human Resources generalist competencies and gradually be able to provide support to HR Site Administration in providing administration of conditions and administration of staff benefits. S/he will be exposed to Human Resources consulting within the College and provision of best practice processes regarding recruitment, training and development, remuneration matters, change management, transformation and employment equity, organisational development, talent and performance management, employee relations, disciplinary matters, employee wellness, and general human resources administrative duties. The incumbent will report to the respective Manager, HR.
Minimum requirements
- Matric
- Three (3) year relevant degree: i.e. Human Resources or Industrial Psychology
- Knowledge and understanding of Human Resources Theories and best practices
- Must be South African
- Under the age of 35 years
