The incumbent will be responsible for the financial management of the College's main fund budget allocation, delivering comprehensive financial management services with the following advantages:
A strong understanding of the University’s policies and procedures.
- Experience in the Higher Education or Public Service Sector
- Familiarity with the University’s committee structures and decision-making bodies
- Expertise in Accounting (both Management and Financial), Taxation, and Auditing
- Proficiency in interpreting cost reports, cash flows, balance sheets, and income statements, with compliance to IFRS
- Full computer literacy, including MS Excel and MS Word
Minimum requirements
- Grade 12
- B.Compt / B.Com / B.Acc / B.Tech degree (with Accounting major)
- Seven (7) years relevant accounting experience, of which two (2) years should be in a supervisory capacity
