Introduction
The incumbent will provide remuneration and benefits specialist advisory support in line with current legislation, best practices and governance, to facilitate and guide management’s planning and decision making, and fulfil Human Resources and University strategy
Job description
Key responsibilities include remuneration and benefits analyses, reporting and support, and profiling standards for Professional Services positions.
Minimum requirements
- Relevant three (3) year degree, preferably with a Certified Global Remuneration Professional (GRP).
- At least five (5) years’ experience in Human Resources of which three (3) years should be in remuneration.
- A high level of computer literacy and experience in Remuneration, Benefits, Job Evaluation, Benchmarking and PayScale Design, Total Package/Total Cost to Employer Package Structuring and Salary Surveys.
