Introduction
The incumbent will be required to provide effective and efficient system and administrative support to Rewards Services, including HR data management, analyses, correction, and reporting.
Job description
Key responsibilities include on-going maintenance and the validation of data in the HR Information System with a specific focus on the establishment of posts, generating of operational and statistical management information, and providing all related Departmental project support.
Minimum requirements
· Matric plus relevant 3-year Diploma or qualification.
· At least five (5) years’ experience in Human Resources of which two (2) years should be in Rewards or Systems or Shared Services.
· Technical knowledge of human resources operating systems and applications.
· An advanced level of computer literacy and competence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
