Job description

  • The Legal Services Section is within the Registrar Division, and provides a service to the whole University, for both the Professional and Academic Sectors. 
  • The administrator will provide administrative services to the Director of Legal Services, which include civil and employment litigation administration, financial administration for Legal Services, and secretarial functions within the department.

Minimum requirements

  • Grade 12 plus one-year relevant qualification
  • 3 years relevant experience
  • Financial Administrative skills
  • Experience in the administration of civil or employment litigation matters
  • Proven appropriate computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Zoom etc)
