The incumbent will provide full administrative support to the functions of organising and/or staging graduation ceremonies and inaugural lectures.
Job description

S/he will assist in the co­ordination of activities relating to the process and dissemination of information for the Registrar's office. 

This post reports to the Principal Administrative Officer based on the Westville Campus.

Minimum requirements

·       Matric

·       A minimum of a 1-year post matric qualification

·       Two (2) years experience post-qualification in a Higher Education environment that includes organisational and project/office management skills managing graduation ceremonies.

·       Demonstrated experience in Financial administration or management

The remuneration will be in accordance with the University’s policy of fixed-term appointments. 

This is a Fixed-term appointment for a period of 9 months.
