Introduction
The Head of Executive Education is a new position, and the incumbent will need to establish a viable Executive Education company for the Graduate School of Business and Leadership by providing strategic leadership and direction. The incumbent will develop and manage standard and bespoke programmes to meet business needs of clients, with responsibilities for programme and learning design and quality assurance. The incumbent will need to work collaboratively with colleagues to develop courses, develop the teaching and administration teams and develop academic capability. The role requires strategic consulting capability and the ability to design leadership development interventions. The Head of Executive Education is part of the School Leadership and Management Team and reports to the Dean of the Graduate School of Business and Leadership.
Job description

To establish a viable Executive Education company for the Graduate School of Business and Leadership by providing strategic leadership and direction. Develop and manage standard and bespoke programmes to meet business needs of clients, with responsibilities for programme and learning design and quality assurance. To work collaboratively with colleagues to develop courses, develop the teaching and administration teams and develop academic capability. The role requires strategic consulting capability and the ability to design leadership development interventions.

Minimum requirements

  • MBA or equivalent Master’s degree
  • Minimum of 8 years relevant experience
  • Minimum of 5 years at a senior management level
  • Executive education design and training experience
  • Strong network
  • Demonstrated experience in business development, complex sales and strategic partnerships development required.
