Job description
To respond to general student enquiries (current and prospective)
To provide admnistrative support related to applications, and will need to pay attention to detail and be able to work under pressure.
The incumbent will report directly to the Head of Applications and Information Office.
Minimum requirements
• Matric plus a relevant one-year post-matric qualification.
• Proven experience in MS Office package, including MS Teams.
• Administrative experience.
• Telephone etiquette.
• Managing Administrative Processes, Problem Solving & Analyzing Information.
