Introduction
The CLMS Student Support Services division is seeking a motivated candidate for a two-year program to gain hands-on experience in student support administration, event coordination, customer care, and career development.
Job description

  • The intern will assist with the SWAT programme pilot, manage scheduling and data entry, support student wellness initiatives, coordinate events, and contribute to marketing and stakeholder engagement
  • This role offers comprehensive training, mentorship, and opportunities to develop valuable skills in higher education administration and student services

Minimum requirements

  • Matric
  • A Honours degree in Psychology or Social Work
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Customer service and interpersonal skills

Communication will be limited to short-listed candidates, who may be required to do a presentation at the interview.
