The Graduate School of Business and Leadership (GSB&L) invites suitably qualified candidates to apply for the position of Personal Assistant to the Executive Director and Dean. The successful incumbent will be required to provide efficient, comprehensive and confidential administrative and secretarial support to the Executive Director and Dean, including diary management, coordination of meetings, preparation of documentation, travel arrangements and the administration of relevant processes at the School level.
Minimum requirements
- Matric plus one (1) year relevant qualification
- A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in secretarial and office administration
- Experienced in speedwriting/shorthand
- Proven computer experience skills (word processing, spreadsheets, etc.)
