Job description

The incumbent will be expected to learn and develop a sound understanding of the Human Resources value chain from employee entry to exit. S/he will develop Human Resources generalist competencies and progressively provide support to HR Reward Services in the administration of employment conditions, staff remuneration and benefits, and Human Resources information systems.

The incumbent will be exposed to policies, procedures, and processes within the division and the application of best practice in remuneration, benefits, administration, human resources information system, and general Human Resources administration, governance, and compliance.

The incumbent will report to the Remuneration and Benefits Manager in Reward Services.

Minimum requirements

  • Matric
  • Three (3) year relevant degree: i.e.: Human Resources.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Human Resources theories and best practices
  • Must be South African under the age of 35 years
